The simple report has been created primarily to support the preparation of annual reports of Estonian limited companies (OÜ) based on the data provided by the user.

If you use the Service for another legal form (for example FIE, general partnership, limited partnership or other legal entity), you do so at your own risk. Applicable requirements may vary.

Not professional advice

Outputs created through the Service do not constitute accounting, tax, financial or legal advice.

The use of the service does not create an accounting, consulting or representative relationship between the customer and the Service Provider.

Automated generation

Output is created based on user inputs and automated calculation and generation processes.

Despite the checks applied, the output may contain technical, computational or substantive inaccuracies.

The service provider does not guarantee that the generated document is suitable for a specific legal, tax or registry procedure.

User responsibility

The user is fully responsible for:

• for the correctness of the entered data;
• for data completeness;
• for checking documents;
• for submitting documents to third parties and authorities.

Before official use, we recommend having the generated document reviewed by a qualified accountant or other relevant professional.

Limitation of Liability

The use of the service is at the user's own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service Provider shall not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service or the use of the generated documents.

If the full exclusion of liability is not permitted by law, the Service Provider's maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by the user for a specific service.
