1. General provisions

1.2. The service provider is Vibe Coders Studio OÜ (hereinafter "Service Provider").

1.3. By using the website or purchasing the service, the user confirms that he has read and agrees to these terms and conditions.

1.4. The service provider has the right to change the conditions unilaterally. The valid version is published on the website.

2. Service description

2.1. LijnAruanne.ee allows the user to prepare, generate and download business-related reports, documents and other digital content.

2.2. The service is based on data entered by the user and automated processing.

2.3. The purpose of the service is to simplify the preparation of documents, but the Service Provider does not guarantee the suitability of the generated documents for the specific purpose of the user.

3. User account and data

3.1. The user undertakes to provide true, complete and up-to-date data.

3.2. The user is fully responsible for the correctness, completeness and legality of the data entered into the system.

3.3. The service provider has the right to limit or terminate the use of the service if the user violates the terms or uses the service for illegal purposes.

4. Prices and Payment

4.1. All prices are in euros.

4.2. Payment for the service is made through the payment methods offered on the website.

4.3. The service provider has the right to change the prices at any time. The changes do not affect orders that have already been paid for.

4.4. The service is considered ordered after successful receipt of payment.

5. Provision of the Service

5.1. The service is considered provided from the moment the generated document or file is created or made available to the user.

5.2. The service provider is not responsible for interruptions caused by the internet connection, the user's devices or third-party systems.

5.3. The service provider may carry out maintenance and development work to ensure the operation of the service.

6. Right of withdrawal and refunds

6.1. LijnAruanne.ee offers a digital service and digital content.

6.2. When ordering the service, the user consents to the immediate provision of the service.

6.3. After the generated document is created or made available to the user, the service is deemed to have been provided.

6.4. After the service has been rendered, the user has no right to demand a refund of the service fee solely on the grounds that the document has already been generated or downloaded.

6.5. This clause does not limit the consumer's legal rights in situations where the service does not meet the contract conditions or the service cannot be used for reasons arising from the Service Provider.

7. Liability and Limitations

7.1. The user is responsible for the use of the generated documents.

7.2. The service provider does not check the correctness of the data entered by the user and is not responsible for the content of the generated documents to the extent that it is based on the data entered by the user.

7.3. Documents created through the Service do not constitute accounting, tax, financial or legal advice.

7.4. The user undertakes to check the content, correctness and suitability of the documents before using them.

7.5. Generated documents may contain technical, content or calculation inaccuracies.

7.6. The Service Provider shall not be liable for direct or indirect damages, including lost revenue, business loss, fines or third party claims, except in cases provided by law.

7.7. The maximum liability of the service provider towards the user is limited to the amount that the user has paid for a particular service.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1. The software, design, texts, logos and other content of the website belong to the Service Provider or their rightful owners.

8.2. The user does not have the right to copy, modify, distribute or reverse engineer the website software without the written permission of the Service Provider.

9. Processing of personal data

9.1. The processing of personal data is regulated by the Privacy Policy published on the website.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

10.1. The law of the Republic of Estonia applies to the conditions.

10.2. Disputes are resolved through negotiations.

10.3. If no agreement is reached, the dispute will be resolved in the Harju County Court or another competent court prescribed by law.
